Parapet & Chimney Flashings

We replaced the parapet and chimney flashings on this Rozelle terrace. We removed the old flashings, fitted around 6 metres of new ZINCALUME® flashings to the front and inner parapet, then patched, sealed and membraned the parapet tops and inner faces in Surfmist. New flashings and a backtray on the front chimney finished the job, protecting two of the most common leak points on an Inner West terrace.
Bullnose and Gutter Replacement

This Stanmore tiled roof home had a rusted and leaking bullnose roof and gutter. We replaced the bullnose roof with new Colorbond roof sheets, gutter and custom flashings. A beautiful striped roof restored to it's former glory, leaks begone!
