Commercial TRIMDEK Roof Replacement

Ian's Roofing completed the replacement of approximately 240m² of rusted TRIMDEK roof sheeting on this Artarmon commercial property. After removing the deteriorated roof sheets, our team installed new insulated sarking to improve weather protection and thermal performance before fitting new TRIMDEK roofing sheets.
The project also included the installation of new flashings around parapet walls, expansion joints and roof penetrations, creating a durable, watertight roofing system designed to provide long-term protection for the building.
Industrial Whirlybird Replacement

Ian's Roofing replaced two faulty industrial whirlybirds on this Sydney commercial property after worn bearings caused ongoing noise issues. The new 600mm industrial whirlybirds were professionally installed to restore effective roof ventilation, improve airflow and provide reliable, long-lasting performance for the building.
Commercial Roof Leak Repairs & Flashing Replacement

Ian's Roofing carried out targeted roof leak repairs on this Coogee commercial property, addressing rust-damaged roof sheets and leaking exhaust vent flashings. The project included the installation of new COLORBOND® back trays and custom flashings to create a durable, watertight seal, preventing further water ingress and extending the life of the existing roof.

Asbestos Roof and Guttering Replacement

Ian’s Roofing completed the replacement of an approximately 260m² asbestos roof in St Peters, replacing the existing roofing with new Custom Orb Zincalume roof sheets.
The project also included 65 lineal metres of box gutter replacement, along with purlin and safety wire replacement. New roof safety anchors and whirlybirds were also installed as part of the works, providing a complete and practical roofing solution for the property.
Roof Penetration Repairs & Leak Remediation

Ian's Roofing tackled a heavily obstructed commercial roof at The Republic Hotel, cluttered with plant equipment, ductwork and years of accumulated debris. Our team cleared the area, inspected every roof penetration, and re-sealed each one with new UV-stable polyurethane sealant, resolving persistent leak issues across the site.
Commercial Skylight Sheet Replacement

We replaced a cracked and brittle commercial skylight sheet on this Seven Hills warehouse after age-related deterioration caused leaks and reduced light. While onsite, our team also replaced four rusted TRIMDEK metal roof sheets to ensure the surrounding roof area was fully sealed and structurally sound. The result is a safer, watertight commercial roof with improved natural light and long-term durability.
